Maiden to Mother
a rite of passage for women in midlife
Step Into Your Sacred Feminine Power through this transformational workshop to honor your journey from Maiden to Mother—you don't need to have children to join - this is about the initiation all women can experience into the mature feminine.
Saturday, April 12th
9am - 1pm
Includes workshop + mid-morning snack
This sacred gathering is designed to reclaim and honor women’s rites of passage, specifically the transition from Maiden to Mother. This journey is not about biological motherhood, but the profound passage all women have access to in midlife, if they choose it. In a culture that lacks initiation rituals for women in midlife, many find themselves stuck in the wounded Maiden, unsure how to fully step into their power. Through breathwork, meditation, storytelling, and somatic practices, participants will explore the feminine archetypes, confront their thresholds, and root into their deep, resourced wisdom. This journey is about unlocking wholeness, embodiment, and connection with oneself, others, and the Great Mother.
key takeaways:
✨ A deeper understanding of the four feminine archetypes and how they shape your journey
✨ Tools for recognizing and honoring your inner Maiden
✨ Awareness of threshold moments and how to move through them with courage
✨ A sense of rootedness and support, knowing you are not alone in your transformation
✨ Embodied wisdom through meditation, breathwork, and movement practices
✨ A safe, sacred space for authentic connection and shared experience
why this work matters:
In many ancient traditions, women were guided through sacred rites of passage that helped them step into their full power and wisdom. Today, without these rituals, many find themselves feeling lost, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. This workshop is an opportunity to honor the transitions that shape us, to integrate the wisdom of past experiences, and to embody the fullness of the Mother archetype—whether or not we have children.
